Role Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven 3PL Sales Representative to aggressively expand our footprint in the Miami / South Florida market. This role is focused on selling integrated supply chain solutions, including warehousing, distribution, and multi-modal transportation (LTL, FTL, Ocean, and Air).
This is a hunter role. You will be expected to bring urgency, creativity, and grit to building and closing business. The ideal candidate already has an active book of business and deep knowledge of the South Florida logistics landscape, including port-driven freight and regional distribution needs.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Prospect, identify, and close new customers for:
- Warehouse storage
- Cross-docking & distribution
- LTL, FTL, Ocean, and Air transportation
- Aggressively grow revenue through new account acquisition and expansion of existing relationships
- Own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement
Solution-Based Selling
- Develop customized logistics solutions tailored to client pain points, including inventory flow, storage constraints, and last-mile delivery challenges
- Price and structure deals competitively while protecting margins
- Collaborate closely with operations to ensure solutions are executable and scalable
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers
- Ensure a smooth onboarding handoff to operations and customer service
- Build long-term partnerships, not transactional accounts
Market Intelligence
- Stay ahead of:
- Miami port activity and congestion trends
- Regional freight capacity and pricing shifts
- Competitive 3PL offerings in South Florida
- Use market insight to position Braxus as a strategic logistics partner, not a commodity provider
What We’re Looking ForExperience & Background
- 2–5+ years of proven success in:
- 3PL sales
- Freight forwarding
- Warehousing or logistics solutions
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and grow accounts
- Existing relationships with shippers, importers, manufacturers, or distributors in Miami, Doral, Hialeah, and surrounding areas
Skills
- Strong negotiation and closing ability
- Comfortable selling complex, multi-service logistics solutions
- Proficient with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
Language
- English required
- Spanish strongly preferred for the Miami market
