Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist (Delivery & Field Operations)

(Includes Drivers & Event Delivery Team Members)

Location: Miami, FL
Department: Customer Experience / Operations
Reports To: Operations Manager / Logistics Lead
Employment Type: Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available

Role Overview

The Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for the safe, timely, and professional delivery, setup, operation (when required), and breakdown of Braxus equipment at customer sites. This role includes drivers and delivery crew members who interact directly with clients and are expected to represent the Braxus brand with professionalism at all times.

You are not “just a driver.”
You are the face of the company on-site.


Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Setup

  • Safely transport equipment to and from event locations using company vehicles and trailers
     
  • Load and unload equipment following Braxus safety and handling standards
     
  • Set up equipment exactly as specified and according to safety guidelines
     
  • Perform on-site walkthroughs with customers when required
     

Customer Experience

  • Arrive on time, in uniform, and prepared
     
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and site contacts
     
  • Address basic customer questions confidently and respectfully
     
  • Escalate issues immediately when something is outside of scope
     

Event Execution & Breakdown

  • Monitor equipment as required during events
     
  • Break down and load equipment efficiently and carefully
     
  • Leave customer sites clean, organized, and professional
     

Safety & Accountability

  • Follow all safety protocols, including proper anchoring, power, and equipment operation
     
  • Perform basic equipment checks and report damages or concerns immediately
     
  • Protect company assets and customer property at all times
     

Team & Culture

  • Work collaboratively with dispatch, logistics, and customer service teams
     
  • Represent Braxus values through attitude, appearance, and work ethic
     
  • Take ownership of mistakes and focus on solutions, not excuses
     

Qualifications

Required

  • Strong work ethic and reliability
     
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle equipment safely
     
  • Professional communication skills
     
  • Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
     

For Driver Roles

  • Valid driver’s license (chauffeur or CDL a plus depending on vehicle)
     
  • Clean driving record
     
  • Comfortable driving trucks, vans, and trailers
     

Preferred

  • Previous experience in delivery, logistics, events, construction, or field operations
     
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
     
  • Familiarity with safety procedures and customer-facing work
