Reports To: Senior Sales Manager
Job Type: Full-Time | Commission + Base Pay

Position Overview:

The Event Sales Specialist is responsible for generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue through the sale of high-end event services and entertainment packages. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the importance of reliability and execution in the event industry, and loves creating unforgettable client experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients in corporate, municipal, school, nonprofit, and private sectors
  • Respond to inbound leads, prepare proposals, and follow up to close sales
  • Prospect for new business through networking, cold outreach, and industry events
  • Understand and sell the full range of services offered across all Braxus brands
  • Collaborate with the operations and planning teams to ensure smooth execution of events
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM
  • Hit or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in event sales, hospitality, entertainment, or related industries
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven track record of hitting sales targets
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Passion for the event and entertainment industry
